It did for me too, but when I clicked on it from your original article post, it told me that the requested document was not on the server, or something close to that. hmmmmmmmmmmm. A byte must have gotten bit. I don't know.... but its a key part of your thesis and so I thought I should bring it up... I figured it out, the HYPERLINK that is behind the TEXT of the link is broken. The TEXT that you see on the page is correct, but what it points to is NOT. Admin should be able to correct that easy.
