Yep. As much as I want Santorum to win, I wonder if this is the way to do it. If the situation were reversed, I would say...this doesn't tell me names of the companies.
I guess I'm just so sick of the drive by media's use of the words, "many say," "some have said," "companies do ____," that I want more proof now. I realize that Santorum is more in touch with his State, and probably knows them best, though.
I pray to God that Pennsylvanians realize that all the other issues will mean nothing, if they (or the rest of the US) isn't around to talk about these issues; or aren't in a position of #1 power to call the shots with civility in the World.
NATIONAL SECURITY IS #1 PA/USA - HELLOOOOO.

Is this the same man who introduced Rick at the press conference yesterday?
It seems that I remember the man identifying himself as an Iraq war vet.

Getting a wounded vet to accuse your opponent of financing terror organizations is just icky.Even when it's true?
You're the one who's engaged in ass-talking.

I don't doubt that at all. My comment is just in regards to this ad. I have a hard time it will play well in bluebiddy blue blue PA.
Still rooting for Santorum but the only reason he would run an ad this desperate is the same reason Ford Jr is running around crashing opponent's rallies and being photographed in churches. They are way behind and all signs point to no hope.
Here's hoping for Santorum.

Yes, even when it's true. Santorum is one desperate guy to run this ad. He must be legit 10-12 points behind. A shame.

I support him, but it looks like he is talking out of his @ss in the ad. Getting a wounded vet to accuse your opponent of financing terror organizations is just icky.

My only problem with the ad is it doesn't give enough information. But, it's tough to explain complex issues in 30 second ads. Using a vet is not a problem at all.

we are in the ground war.
I don't think new commercials, no matter how good will shift votes. This is about reaching the emotions of people inclinded ot vote for you.
Santorum needs boots on the pavement.

Yep - accusing your opponents of supporting terrorist organizations is pretty bad. Doesn't go down easy. I may not know much about PA, but I know it looks like Santorum is losing bad.

I'm sympathetic to Santorum but the ad looks way out of line, and is not convincing. You're right - it's hard to convey in 30 seconds. I think he failed, but wait and see.

I don't think so.He explained why this ad is running and the Vet supports him.I hope he gets it played on the major stations and fast.
