How about this - there has never been and never will be stasis in global temperatures. Running around and blaming every little shift in the weather on what man does is akin to Aztecs sacrificing their youth in order to secure rain from the Gods.
Regards, Ivan

What will they do? They are forbidden from burning more oil/coal to keep warm....Maybe they can borrow some "warm" ideas from Paris? Of course the Socialist Elite will be very warm this winter...

". . .Experts believe the extremes of weather are all part of the global warming phenomenon."
Which experts? What are their names and credentials?
I've noticed the media often no longer even cites a source for global warming but just assumes it as gospel.

Another sign of global warming. And when it rains in England, remember it's really a drought.
To: MadIvan
Daytime temperatures will also be low, plunging in early November to just 5C (41F) in southern England and 3C (37F) in northern England and Scotland. This summer has been the longest and hottest since records began in 1659, with both July and September the warmest on record. That's not so cold. It's been that cold in Colorado recently, and I'm still running around in shorts.

it never ceases to amaze me of the arrogance of men...-4, MINUS 4 and they run around screaming the end of the world...
one winter's night...and they run around the streets naked pointing at the sky!

Funny how that works, isn't it? One might conclude that "global warming" is, in fact, a religion.

She added that this winter was likely to require the piling on of Christmas jumpers and bobble hats. Wow. And all we have to herald a bad winter are woolly catapillars.

Man made global warming is an article of faith with these people. They get hostile and irrational at any other suggestion, no matter the evidence. In that regard they pretty much are like superstitious peasants of ancient times.

In South Dakota, 24 degrees means it's time to start wearing long sleeve shirts and close the windows at least halfway.
