"Suspect wounded in mall shooting under police guard"

ANNAPOLIS (AP) -- ARTICLE SNIPPET: "Police did not release the name of the 18-year-old suspect because detectives have been unable to talk to him and verify his identity.
Police would only say he was from Annapolis and remained in stable condition at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.
"We have the shooter guarded at the hospital, and he is going to be in custody," said Officer Sara Schriver, an Anne Arundel County police spokeswoman. "He is going to be charged, so it's not like we have somebody at large." "
Good Morning Cindy. I have been keeping up with the mall shooting story, and find it interesting that once again, we have another serious incident where there is no name released on an "adult" suspect. This also peaks my interest because of the location, and time of year. And over the years we have heard on numerous occasions about mall threats here on TM.
I'm glad the Secret Service agent will be ok.
