I read that to see if I needed to warn any of my very frequent flyer friends who might not be up this early but darned if it doesnt seem to say "be careful everywhere" and "watch for everything"...

These attacks may employ a wide variety of tactics to include assassinations, kidnappings, hijackings and bombings.

Noticing the USA is not mentioned, but I wouldn't exlude our country from that list -not for a moment.
