Russians arrested over missile sales

Russian police say they have arrested five men who were trying to sell shoulder-fired surface-to-air missiles on the black market.
Russian authorities are not revealing who wanted to buy the missile systems but say they have foiled an attempt to sell them.
Five men have been arrested in the Black Sea town of Sochi and four surface-to-air missiles have been seized.
Russia's Interior Ministry says this year police have found more than 4,000 weapons, many of which were stolen from weapon manufacturers.
They include hand grenades and landmines and more than 120 kilograms of explosives.
But officials say they are still searching for many missing weapons, including nearly 200,000 small arms.
