Ultimately released, if I recall. It included his Yale acadenic transcripts, which showed his grades were lower than Bush and that he earned a D in one claee. Thus John "D Student" Kerry.

He signed a limited Form 180, to release documents only to a favored reporter, who then published only SELECTED bits.
In other words, the OTO discharge and the reissued per Jimmah Peanut dischrage that are probably in there are not going to see the light of day.
The fact that he would release his rotten grades shows you just how much worse the other stuff must be.
Social climbing, cowardly poseur.

He has not signed the SF-180. He has claimed to, but has only put information from it, in selected bits, either on his website or released it to reliable sycophants in the Drive-By Media.
Every Republican, when appearing with Kerry, should have a copy of the SF-180 and a pen handy for him. Let him splutter when he sees it!

A very limited release to throw everyone off into thinking he really did release his records. He did not, just some transcripts.

Ultimately released, if I recall N O T S O
He did let some author (name escapes me but he's written favorable articles and books about The Snake) see "selective parts" of this record.
STILL WAITING, Jean?

No, he got Ds in 4 out of 10 grades his first year. Also, his highest grades while at Yale were in "PolySci" -- Bushes were in classes like anthropology and Philosophy. ALSO, though he thought they were not released, Kerry's military IQ scores were lower than Bush's as well.

No, it was not ultimately released. He released only those portions that he chose to release. He never signed SF180 permitting full government disclosure of his records.
