QUESTION: Is it "Cut And Run" what?... philosophy/modus operandi, something that runs DEEP in the Democratic Party?

Well, the way I look at it, either Kerry is Cutting and Running," from the candidates he was going to "help" today..or they are Cutting and Running," away from him? So which way is it?

I could see the GOP making some quickie adds making this very point! :)
