It seems to me all he is doing is saying he didn't do a better job of insulting and demeaning someone. That's not much of an apology, IMO. Kinda like a killer saying he is sorry he didn't kill his victim quicker, or more painfully. The real issue isn't how he did it, but that he did it at all. Kerry and the 'Rats can't seem to grasp this simple point. And they call Bush (and conservatives) stupid. Sheesh...
