but the best video of all yesterday was the one from ScrappleFace. It's a must-see, must-hear. Thanks for posting the link. It's very well done!

Yeah, it sounds like a total re-write of the "joke". I could buy a dropped word or two or a slight rearrangement--but he is suggesting an entirely different script than the one he read from.

Yep.. I should have put a sarcasm tag after that remark.. this article was just the leftist media doing their job.. covering for another leftist.

He said he would apologize to no one. But he didn't apologize to anyone, he apologized about a botched joke. And he expects us not to be able to see through that? Now he's just managed to insult electorate wholesale.

That soldier has a look on his face that makes me think that he wishes he could just strangle Kerry then and there.

Also notice that in the "rewrite" of his supposed "intended remarks" they totally omit the reference he made to "home-work" - a clear indication that he meant what he actually said.

I wondered who created that exquisite masterpiece!
I almost fell outta my chair, I was laughing so hard.
My one and only comment on this topic is that Kerry's
(non)apology is as genuine as Clinton's was.

What is scary is,a good many democrats stand by him, including some RINO,s.I take great pleasure in thinking he has stuck the fork in himself. To think this person,[I refrain in calling him a man],almost became POTUS,should scare many Americans. He should keep talking to benefit the Republicans.

Watery Tart has this exclusive picture of Moi Kerry, this morning when he realizes the impact of his vile mouth.

"Kerry's office said the senator had misread his prepared remarks." Put some catsup on it.
To: Old Grumpy
If he didn't have a history of trash mouthing our troops I might believe it.
I don't.
If John F'n Kerry had any decency or honor he would be signing his resignation right about now.
What would Gingrich, Lott, and a host of other honorable men who did stupid things do?

It just hit me -- I'm sure this has hit others too -- I had to send it to Rush:
Dear Rush:
If Kerry holds to his statement and refuses to apologize to the troops, wasn't one of the brave soldiers he insulted (poshumously) Casey Sheehan?
I guess Mother Sheehan won't mind that F'n John thinks her son was stupid and uneducated, as long as it gives her another fifteen minutes of fame.
Unbelievable...

When did this weenie realize he had botched the joke? When people pointed it out to him? When the **** hit the fan the next day? Why didn't he finish the joke with the tagline, "Just ask President Bush."? I think he's completely stupid.
