CNBC at it again today. Now defending Kerry for his slanderous comments. CNBC playing it out as a "botched joke" or at worst a "poor statement"! Again, nothing to do with business or the markets. The are relentless in these past few days. Anything they can do to support the democrats.
It sounded to me like cnbcBS was actually turning the Kerry comments around and using them to attack Bush. They asked SNOW question after question like, "is this what you will be focusing on the next 6 days?" or "Why not talk about this issues"... like they wanted to take the focus off Limbaugh and get back to this issues. HA
So you're the ONE person who's watching..
A pure waste of time. As we are seeing the the ongoing Dinosaur Media Watch, even when viewers or readers flee for the exits in disgust, liberals just cannot stop being liberal. It is a way of processing information, a way of thinking, a way of life, a world-view. They would rather die than change.
_________
A pure waste of time? Not hardly.
If it weren't for the MSM, we'd never lose an election. They know it. The Dems know it. The media is the only place we can force a change, because of one thing: Money.
You're right, the liberals would rather die than change. But somewhere in the chain of command, there's a CEO, a COB and a Board that has to answer to shareholders.
Fox News has provided a model for success.
CNBC caters to the "investor class" which liberals say are the rich, Republicans.
I own an ad agency. Most of my clients are Republicans. We put their ad placements on Fox News 2-1. CNBC has been a good choice, but it won't take long to alienate those advertisers.
Hey - I agree with you. Kerry is an insufferable anus (to be polite) who has no business speaking out about either education/intelligence or the military.
I was just reporting Kerry's claims.
Groundpounder, huh? I must admit I had it easier - I could sit in a heated/cooled van 150 feet away from a high-powered missile-attracting radar. PATRIOT system...
Oh well, there's good and bad in everything.
Thank you for your service, Major.

I, for one, am disturbed that the media is leaving out that important statement he made RIGHT before the slur against the troops. They are leaving room for people to believe it really was a big mistake - not that anyone with a brain could believe that!
Hope they spend all day on it too.
It is certainly not. Not as bad as CNN, CBS or the other alphabet stations, but there is a definite tilt to the left, especially with a few of their talking heads.
Good post. The markets often provide reality checks.
Joke? What part of "I apologize to no one" in a sneering, condescending voice is a joke?
