He used to call it like he saw it. These days if you make a donation to the ranch, you're his new best friend.
Yes, they're going to try to tough it out. They are very, very good at it.
But coming in the last six days before the election, this really hurts them no matter what they do. Every day they are off message and having to defend Kerry and other Democrats who didn't immediately repudiate his words is another 16 percent of the available news cycle gone that they can never reclaim.
This neutralizes much of the money the Dems are throwing into ad buys right now, too. All wasted.
You mean to tell me that the old clump of wrinkled flesh Don Imus still has a pulse? People still listen to that ego maniacal wind bag?
He was supposed to campaign for Casey today? Please let the PA GOP use this to help Santorum...am I especting too much...probably (sadly) yes.
Yep... Grandy was a GOP Congressman from Iowa after his acting career. When I was in DC as a Congressional Intern, there circulated a story that another intern was fired because he insulted Grandy. Apparently, Grandy was standing next to the buttons on the elevator, and the intern got on and said, "Lido Deck, please..."

Said he's 'going to Washington to fight this'. Philly a hop and a skip so my bet is that they will keep their finger in the wind and decide at the last minute. I hope he does show...let him keep talking.
In the next hour, Ted Kennedy explains how Chappaquiddick has been taken out of context and misconstrued.
Where was Karl Rove when Ted Kennedy drove off the bridge with Mary Jo?
Kerry is a COMPLETE IDIOT! Each and every time you listen to this jerk talking about "education" not ONCE did he ever mention President Bush's name or the title President!
Do you get Levin?
Also, the President has a graduate degree, kerry does not. Go figure.
I made a comment earlier that came out much differently than I intended. I inadvertently left out two words that completely changed the meaning of my statement, and by doing so, made it seem like I was insulting the men and women of our armed forces, past and present. To them, and their families, I deeply and humbly apologize for the hurt that my mis-statement caused. But no... Kerry decided to go on offense, which was more offensive than bargained for. He attacked anyone and everyone and refused to apologize. His official statement on his web page was obnoxious and juvenile, and his press conference was basically a repeat of the press release. To paraphrase another FReeper, Kerry not only jumped the shark, he called it a liar and insulted it for not having served in Vietnam. What I had meant to say was... you end up getting us in Iraq. It was a lame joke, perhaps, <insert self-depricating comment here>. But the point is still valid that <insert long-winded bashing of Bush and the Iraq occupation>.
The only conclusion I can make is that Kerry said exactly what he meant to say, and has no idea how to spin it away because it is what he truly believes, and he think it plays to his nutcase base. Even the moonbats are telling him to shut up.
The one and only. He's a talk show co-host on a morning show in the Washington DC area (WMAL).
In the evening, sometimes we get a chance to listen.
He also defended his Ghengis Khan remarks from thirty years ago..."I told the truth".
Incredibly stupid.
Kerry is now like a leper in a nudist colony for the Democrats.
Nobody wants to be near him.
Kerry Expected In Philadelphia After Iraq Remarks
It'll be interesting to see if Silent Bob goes through with it, or if he wants to but is overruled by national honchos. If the latter's the case, Silent Bob could get it from wing-nuts who take it out oh him.
Oh, to be a fly on the wall...
