On the news last night they showed two white guys that had shaved heads, and one of them had a lot of tats - My first thought was skinheads, but that wasn't mentioned. One has served time for arson - wonder if it's them.

Good, I hope this is the suspect. The ball will be in DA Rod Pacheco's court to charge the man with the death penalty. I think he's likely to be charged as, sadly, we found out that there is a fifth victim from the Esperanza fire.

Saw the news conf. about the fifth Firefighter's passing today. Very sad. Prayers for all their families and friends. I do hope they nail whoever did such a horrific thing.

William Thomas Hutson, was one "person of interest" whose home was searched. The guy taken by car for questioning was only identified as "Jason," (FoxNews story) neither of those names is the person arrested.

What, exactly, is the difference between "suspect" and "person of interest"?

A person of interest COULD be a possible witness.

If you're a person of interest, you are just asked to give information. Once you're officially a suspect, you have to be Mirandized and can't be questioned without an attorney present.
