Just breaking on KFI news at the bottom of this hour, the Riverside Sheriff's department has arrested a suspect in 2 arson fires from this summer. This same person is a "person of interest" in the Esperanza Fire.
COOL rack ittt
Keep us posted...
Didn't I read somewhere that witnesses saw 2 young guys leaving the scene?

On the news last night they showed two white guys that had shaved heads, and one of them had a lot of tats - My first thought was skinheads, but that wasn't mentioned. One has served time for arson - wonder if it's them.
BTTT!!!
The last interview I heard, last Friday, there were no eye witnesses.
Good, I hope this is the suspect. The ball will be in DA Rod Pacheco's court to charge the man with the death penalty. I think he's likely to be charged as, sadly, we found out that there is a fifth victim from the Esperanza fire.
NJ hey is those brothers??
Saw the news conf. about the fifth Firefighter's passing today. Very sad. Prayers for all their families and friends. I do hope they nail whoever did such a horrific thing.
(Repeated from the press release I posted up thread.)
They are brothers (or cousins)
What, exactly, is the difference between "suspect" and "person of interest"?
These fires were in june he wasn't arrested for the Esperanza fire.
If you're a person of interest, you are just asked to give information. Once you're officially a suspect, you have to be Mirandized and can't be questioned without an attorney present.
May he rest in peace. He died a hard death.
