and therein lies the rub.
Some brilliant songwriter needs to rewrite, "There, I said it Again."
I saaaaid it.
What more can I say?
I saaaaid it.
It's better that way.
I said it.
I will till the end.
There, I said it again.
Correct!
Here's what I see as the biggest problem with the MSM, both print and electronic.
Even though we cheer the declines in viewership and readership at the MSM, a strong majority of the American public still gets their news from these sources.
These sources include the LA Times, CBS, the Minneapolis StarTribune, CNN, the Des Moines Register, etc. etc.
I can tell you that my mom is one of those people. She watches Katie Couric on the CBS Evening News and reads the Minneapolis StarTribune every friggin' day. She makes no attempt to look at alternative news sources.
Until we can find a way to break more and more people away from this, there's gonna be a sizable majority of those people out there who'll reflexively believe that the Dems are perfect.

You may have a point. So, I believe I owe an apology to all of those who did not like my "spam." Apparently I don't understand something about the concept of threads. I want to follow the "rules," whatever they are. I just need to know what the rules are...Does anyone know where those rules are? or How do I get in touch with the moderators? (I know this probably easy but I don't know how to do it
I do understand that many were in a frenzy about Kerry's comments yesterday (with good reason)and wanted to talk about it, so naturally no one wanted to be distracted with something "off topic." The reason I did it is because I knew this "thread" would attract a lot of people not only from here in FR, but from outside (people who just read the post but do not participate)which ARE the people I am interested in reaching. I goes w/o saying that I am very committed to my causes as well so I might have crossed the line a bit. Sorry.
