I think I've figured out your problem. You live in Las Vegas, where land is generally cheap and plentiful. Ground Zero occupies an enormous space on a very tiny island. Devoting the entire space to a memorial is an idiotic suggestion. Thankfully, very few of the families of WTC victims agree with you.
