Kerry is rapidly becoming the alabatross around the Dems neck again. His latest antics will bring certain defeat on Nov 7.

"He has been under terrific criticism inside the Democratic Party for not reacting more vigorously to the ‘Swift Boat’ attacks on him. This is something he lives with every day.”

He couldn't and didn't because he had no defense as it was the TRUTH!

Can somebody please provide a link where I can donate money to Kerry's next presidential campaign?

he wasn't going to be the nominee in 2008 anyway.

I am more interested in if this can play against the Dems in 2006, let's worry about 2008 on november 8th.

He wasn’t trying to insult the troops

You're right - the insult & disdain was inherent in his comments - smearing troops just comes naturally for John Kerry & the DemoncRATs

"he repeats himself over and over again"

Matter of fact I was so tired of him repeating himself (I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore) style, that I almost changed channels. I stuck it out though, just to watch him blow himself up. And he did (like an ex Senator named Max) and now all he can do is try to cripple himself into another presidential run. Oh, the thing about "Max", I was trying to make a joke and I flubbed it. (sarcasm, it seems to work for Democrats)

He and Al Gore must be breathing the same air and have lost their minds totally.

"He wasn’t trying to insult the troops, he was trying to make a point and it was stupid,” said Novak.

He wasn't trying to insult the troops in VN when he called them monsters, right? He actually just wanted people to spit on the president and not the troops. When he said the troops in Iraq terrorized women and children, he just wanted people to be mad at Bush, right? Yes, he is stupid.

Yes, like being on the Yamato on its one-way mission to Okinawa. Sunk with nearly all hands before it could fire a shot at the enemy..

Novak also opined that it was never a good idea to "let politicians ad-lib too much ... particularly when they’re like John Kerry.”

...

Novak said, "One of the press conference questions was would he express regret ... he’s not going to do that. This whole business of the Swift Boat veterans is something that weighs on him. He thinks that if he had reacted more vigorously he’d be president of the United States right now.

"I don’t think it’s true, but John Kerry thinks it’s true and therefore there is this almost hysterical mode where he repeats himself over and over and over again. I really believe it hurt his presidential prospects.”

Spot on. Novak's still got it.

"He has been under terrific criticism inside the Democratic Party for not reacting more vigorously to the ‘Swift Boat’ attacks on him...."

The reason he didn't act more vigouously is BECAUSE THE SWIFT BOAT VETS' CHARGES ARE TRUE!!

You're right. Right now there are a lot of PO'd Dims. Kerry will be in the wine tonight-but not with Teresa. He will be on the couch or in servents quarters.

Is he saying that if you stay stupid and uneducated, you may just end up as President of the United States? I would like someone to ask him this.
