Not a big john mccain fan, but a great slapdown. Just hope the MSM gives this the traction it deserves. Will serve to remind voters why Dems are not to be trusted with our security

Sometimes McCain does the absolute right thing. This is one of those times.

Probably a waste of time. Being liberal means never having to say you're sorry.

BTW, when is John F. Kerry going to actually send in that Form SF-171 that he said he signed?
To: milwguy
Good on McCain.
Kerry really is a complete bastard.

libs don't aopologize. They dissemble, twist, qualify, parse. But because they believe moral standards and truth are not metters of black and white, they will admit no wrong.

You know, education, if you make the most of it, if you study hard and do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, uh, you can do well. If you don't, you get stuck in Iraq."-John F. Kerry
That sums up everything a liberal democrat is and believes.

It isn't only insulting, it's inaccurate - the services are turning people away and educational standards have never been higher. If Kerry wants to recall a military that had a bunch of mental defectives foisted on it by a government that treated it like a holding facility for future felons, he ought to remember how it was when he was in. I certainly do. Any other vets out there remember McNamara's Cat IV's?
So the mask slips, and underneath Kerry's carefully assumed regard for the troops is a hateful, contemptuous elitist who thinks of the military as a penalty, not an honor. The men and women in it might beg to differ. God bless them all, and Kerry can kiss my DD214. It's in my hip pocket.

Allen says MACACA and it is MSM news for the past month and may cost him his Senate seat.
Let's see if this makes MSM news when Rangel calls the VP a SOB and Kerry calls every man & woman in our entire Military, uneducated and DUMB!
Any bets?

I'm not a big McCain fan either, but his comments are spot-on this time. Kerry is a disgrace. He and Murtha, and the rest of their band of bozos need to be run out of town on a rail.

Kerry will apologize, say he didn't mean it the way it came out, remind us that he was in the service in Vietnam. He will ignore the fact that he only went in the Navy after he was refused a deferment to continue studies in Paris, and only served in Vietnam because the type of vessel he was on was then assigned for Vietnam duty, which then required three invented Purple Hearts to escape from the assigment and get back to the States.

Kerry and the liberals can bend slightly at the knees, about 30 degrees, and kiss their collective asses good bye!

Thanks for posting.
Glad to see McCain "step up to the plate!"
I understand Tony Snow also reprimanded Kerry this a.m.
As a Marine Corps Viet Nam combat veteran, I find everything about John Kerry despicable.
I have personally met many of the Marines serving in Iraq and you could not be prouder of these men. All were PH recipients and many with multiple PH's & multiple tours of combat duty in Iraq!

Kerry is hardly qualified to name himself among the educated and brilliant minds of America. His D's in college prove otherwise. Now if he'd said marrying into money, and being a priveleged elite can get you places - most would understand.
.The transcript shows that Kerry's freshman-year average was 71. He scored a 61 in geology, a 63 and 68 in two history classes, and a 69 in political science. His top score was a 79, in another political science course. Another of his strongest efforts, a 77, came in French class. Under Yale's grading system in effect at the time, grades between 90 and 100 equaled an A, 80-89 a B, 70-79 a C, 60 to 69 a D, and anything below that was a failing grade. In addition to Kerry's four D's in his freshman year, he received one D in his sophomore year. He did not fail any courses...
Guess that's why he went to Vietnam? Guess again.
