"Brick, New Jersey?!"
Yes, that struck me as strange too. They've obviously made no adjustements for size. I wouldn't even think of Brick as a city, more like a town, although it may be legally a city.
Maybe they should call it most/least dangerous municipalities.

Since the year 2000, Brick Township has been the safest "city" (population over 75,000) in New Jersey. In 2003 and 2004, Brick Township held the title of being the second safest city in the United States after Newton, Massachusetts[1]. In 2005, Brick Township dropped down to the fifth safest "city" (population over 75,000) in the United States[2].

I live here in Brick and I consider it a town. I also wouldn't say its the most safe ....theres places I wouldn't walk around at night. It used to be a nice rural shore town. Now its strip malls, condo's, housing developments and apartments. Long gone are the farms and most of the wooded areas. Strange thing about Brick is there is no real downtown area. Just a plaza with stores. It has none of the charm of a old town.
