In an interview this morning on Good Morning America on ABC, the second-dancer revealed more of the set-up for the Duke rape hoax--
Oct. 30, 2006 — The second dancer in the Duke rape case has said for the first time that the accuser told her to "go ahead, put marks on me'' after the alleged attack.
Dancer Kim Roberts made the new allegation — which she has not shared with authorities — in an interview with Chris Cuomo that will air today on "Good Morning America."
Roberts' allegation comes in the wake of Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong's admission in court last week that he has not yet interviewed the accuser "about the facts of that night."

We need to ask Kim if Crystal recoiled in pain when Kim pushed and prodded her to get her to leave the car.
After all, Crystal had just been badly beaten and gang raped by three men.
That's certainly possible. I imagine she's done that very thing many times.
Never, never. She has (falsely?) accused the boys of spouting racial epithets and threatening to shove a broom up them and so on. Who knows what she will emphasize if she gets up there?
She's a loose and dangerous cannon. The defense doesent need her and the prosecution cant use her. Her day in the sun is past (except for book deals, etc)

Well, jennyd is certainly correct that the evidence would have been ignored. Kim said at the beginning the allegations were a "crock". The prosecution seems to have no interest whatsoever in evidence that would clear the boys. As a matter of fact the Fong refused to even look at Reade's alibi. He laughed out loud in the courtroom during the hearing when his attorney brought up the alibi. He has been unprofessional right out of the gate. The only thing the DA's office appears to be interested in is pushing Fonger's agenda. The evidence (or lack thereof) seems to be irrelevant.
Everything is ignored, but ignored is perhaps the wrong word. I am beginning to believe that Nifong doesn't even have a theory about what happened and does not care. He really doesn't care. Any normal person would want to know about the strip club, the alibi etc. but it is irrelvant. He is truly a sicko.
