They'll need to cut it to $900,000 to get a chance of having it sold quick.

Property values in that area have gone up 2.7 times - almost tripled - in 8 years? I find that hard to believe.

I would not even take their house if they paid me 2 million because the stench of treason could never be removed from their home.

Does a FORMER ambassador and a CIA person make THAT kind of money for a house payment of that size??? 785,000 (buying price) is a whole lot of money and payment! We all should think about government work!!!!

Someone probably cut them a deal when they bought it.

It is pretty pathetic when one of the top newspapers, liberal of course, whores a whole story about these two malcontents selling their home. Talk about a top listing. Ridiculous and once again proves WAPO should not even be used for toilet paper because you might catch a transmitted disease from it.

In the past 9 years, prices have tripled and then some in lots of places. Over the past 6 - 12 months, however, that trend has stopped dead in its tracks and prices are creeping downward in many of those same places. Hardest hit is "upscale" real estate, but you probably won't see that headline in the NY Times or the Washington Post anytime soon.

Selling in a Buyers market? Pressure must be on.

I guess the book deals haven't panned out?

They MAY say they are moving to New Mexico, but in fact they are the CIA's latest covert dream team, with the perfect cover , going under deep , kids and all to Niger, where once again our intrepid undercover agents shall live lives of colonial grandure, while defending America against all those who would buy yellow cake, except for Kim Jung Il and certain Mullahs who support the Democrat party.

Get Smart has nothing on this. Right 99?

Just take off your shoe and dial the number, you'll see!

1-CIA-Get-Smart

These two give a whole new meaning to the word, " Double Agent."

According to propertyshark.com, six cooperative apartments on the Upper East Side of Manhattan have sold for more than $20 million since the beginning of the year. That doesn't include condos or townhouses. One of the apartments was sold by David Koch of Koch Industries. Another was sold to George Soros by his ex-wife Susan.
