President Bush received a rousing welcome today in Indiana where he spoke on behalf of Representative Mike Sodrel. Later, W traveled to South Carolina where he spoke to the men and women serving at Charleston Air Force Base.

First Lady Laura Bush joined Representative Nancy Johnson at a campaign fundraiser in Farmington, Connecticut.

A rather graphic depiction of what the dhimmocrats are going to do to us if they get voted in.

Yep.

You're absolutely right about the spiritual battle we're in.

I see this as a call to prayer, jonny. And a call to action.

This is the future of our country if we let them regain power.

No need for YOU to be embarrassed though. You handled everything just right.

So double thanks!

One of the DriveBy White House press corps 'news' announcers this afternoon commented that today President Bush attended his first event that was free, not a fundraiser. They are so irritated that he draws huge happy crowds they just taste bile every time they have to report on his day.

Thanks for the very welcome thread.

I just watched a really inspiring program on EWTN. It was about the early church and the martyrs who died for their faith.

One of the points of the program was that the steadfastness of those martyrs convinced others of the truth of Christianity, and it was why the Roman Empire, and thus the western world, were converted to Christianity.

I like to think that the steadfastness of President Bush will reap rewards down the road. I know that I hold him up as an example to my grandchildren. It may be that the generation of my grandchildren will be patriotic, Christian, and pro-American. I pray that it is so.

***I hope you get a chance to read the entire speech--it was so good, I had a difficult time choosing experpts :)***

I was just about to compliment you on the judicious choice of excerpts that you inserted between the pictures. It flowed so well. I am truly impressed.

Oh, I think we will. Most Republicans are worried enough that they'll vote straight R this year. I think we're more motivated than they are.

Such a good point, Miss Marple.

The long range results of the leadership of George W. Bush may not even be seen in our lifetimes.

He understands that, in spite of living in a McDonald's drive-through society, the things that matter are longer range.......or eternal.

That's why he's not worried about any silly poll numbers or 'legacy.' He is grounded in his faith, in a family who loves him and his love of country that surpasses any need for personal acclaim.

(And some day, when I HAVE them, I'm going to tell my grandchildren all about him too. ;)

A pictorial representation of the left's favorite activities--that's all I'll say.

Sodomy and surrender? It must have been a disgusting picture.

I hate to think what this country would be like if these people ever get back in power. It would be time to head to the hills and stay there. There is a spiritual warfare going on in this country and we have to win. That's all there is to it.
