a barn burner debate. Tim Russert and Ben Cardin versus Michael Steele.

LOL. I'm laughing already and I've only gotten this far.

I don't know if you saw the interview by Russert of Mehlman over the Ford ad, but it was a mind boggling thing. Russert keeps insisting that the ad is racist and Mehlman (like me)keeps saying he doesn't see anything racist about it. But Russert has his action line, so he just keeps hammering.

Imus and his guests have been opining for weeks that Ford is such a wonderful candidate that the only reason he will lose is because of those redneck Tennessee racists. It certainly can't be because the whole family is a crime syndicate.

I suspose they'll be harping the 'racist' line (that's what they do when they don't have anything else to say), but, from what I've read, the only thing they could consider racist is that it was a white woman who partied w him at the Playboy party and said call me. Of course, they would have yelled racist had it been a black woman.

If that's in fact what they were thinking, then, his previous dating history debuncts that:
