In 2003, 2402 homicides were commited in California, 240 of them against children (under 18). That is over 200 civilian casualties per month, on the average...and 20 children per day...
It is time for us to recognize that we must pull out of California...I recommend everyone from California leave...
It is clear that democracy in California cannot work, as they are just not redy for it.
It is time for us to recognize that we must pull out of California...I recommend everyone from California leave...
It's a quagmire and bears remarkable similarity to Viet Nam.
What an absurd statement. Take into account California's population is some 34 million, much larger than Minnesota.
Well, don't come to Texas--we're already getting over 2000 folks a day from CA coming here. We don't need you to try to turn a red state to blue!
If this is, indeed, true, then Denny Hastert must resign.
Would they all fit in Okinawa?
Also, how do 240 attacks on children translate into 20 per day? Or did you simply snatch pieces from some article and put them together?
I was raised on Publik Edukashion...what's wrong with my summing and gazintas?
Think of what the RATS/LIBS are saying about Iraq and overlay the analogy...
hope that helps.
44% Hispanics, of them, about 340 Male. Hurry, build the fence and save lives!
They were better off under Gray Davis. Lets reinstate his regime!
We'll come live in your Florida winter home if you don't mind?
Actually, in the small town where I live, in the last 2 weeks I have met 6 residents who recently moved here from CA. Kinda backs up my "facts", wouldn't you say? (grin)
OK, my kid said my estimate was off, it was 20 per month, but the allegations were serious enough, that they should be taken as gospel, even if they are not factually accurate...
He has to be. There was no traffic a few weeks ago when my family and I came. :o) And I doubt that 730,000 people a year are moving from CA to TX. I could be wrong, there are a lot of houses being built in the same neighborhood as ours is.
California getting dissed ping. If you know more California freepers you can ping them if you so choose, and sorry if you are offended by this ping.
That's an amazing, telling statistic that says there's something wrong in the way we address the scum in the cities, too softly. I've not heard that statistic or that the crime was so rampant.
Probably because the MSM is too busy trumpeting EACH soldier killed in action in the WOT, so they don't have time to compare it to the crime in the hometowns.....and, we can't racial-profile and lock 'em up.
I agree. When we use force against criminals, we're just making more criminals. We need an exit strategy. It's time that the civilians of California policed themselves.
Thank you all for a great belly laugh on this after-rain Saturday.
We did indeed take one long look at those stats (we knew them before they were published, the benefit of having direct connection to God, you see) and ran in 2004.
Not to Texas: too hot, dry and treeless.
We have some standards. :P
