Fine, but we should still defund the ACLU. They have no right to taxpayer funds. I think the ACLU s*cks. Their attack against the Patriot Act has been a lot of left-wing funded hot air.
That said, isn't the only taxpayer money that the ACLU gets is from collecting lawyer fees when winning cases against a government?

Absolutely- there is a bill that if it goes through will cripple the ACLU once and for all- it will require both parties to pay their own way if they file lawsuits instead of the current system where the loser pays both lawyer fees. You can find out more about the bill over at stoptheaclu.com The ACLU maggots won't be able to blackmail smaller companies any longer by threatening lawsuits knowing that the companies will lose and have to pay big bucks-
