George Allen: You Have Not Earned the Right to Question Jim Webbs Recollections of War So Just Shut Up...The last I heard, Allen was not questioning any of Webb's recollections of war. He was just pointing out quotations in his books.
Why isn't that permissible?

If you were a Democrat, it would be permissible to say anything about a Republican whether it was true or false. However, if you are a Republican, you must not (according to Democrat pundits and the MSM) THINK, much less SAY anything, that reflects badly on a Democrat. Democrats are not held to the same high standards as Republicans. Notice when a Republican is accused of wrongdoing, even before it's been proved he's guilty, he's forced to resign or be subjected to some of the worst smear tactics the Democrats can mount!
