I've known a huge number of Vietnam Vets and never heard them say their experience was like this, or that they now had a right not to write garbage and go uncriticized if the work is offensive. Pornographers contribute to Webb. That says it all. Sen Dodd wouldn't let Imus read the offensive parts from novels. That says it all. The Webb people want to censor from the public what he profited from so that he doesn't offend the Virginia electorate and so he'll get elected. He should be proud of his "art," but obviously, he isn't. That says it all.
