Wouldn't Virgin's 'agreement' to stick around until 2013 be binding on them at this point? My point is the A380 might tank by then.

I understand. Just makes for some interesting questions, tho - if the A380 is a goner by then, no problem contract-wise. But if it's still going, but still having problems, when is it time to cut your losses and go with BA?
