Hillary Clinton addressed a gathering Wednesday night organized by the Greater Voices Coalition of New York, a consortium of LGBT Democratic organizations, according to Gay City News.
In her first statements following Wednesday's New Jersey Supreme Court ruling that same-sex couples must be afforded the same marriage rights as heterosexual couples, Clinton said that her position on LGBT issues "has certainly evolved" and added that were New York Gubernatorial hopeful Eliot Spitzer to introduce same-sex marriage legislation in the state as he has promised, she would support it:
"My position is consistent. I support states making the decision. I think that Chuck Schumer would say the same thing. And if anyone ever tried to use our words in any way, we'll review that. Because I think that it should be in the political process and people make a decision and if our governor and our Legislature support marriage in New York, I'm not going to be against that... So I feel very comfortable with being able to refute anybody who tries to pit us or pit me against Eliot. I am not going to speak out against, I'm not going to oppose anything that the governor and the Legislature do."

Pot, meet Kettle.
Since she has no shame, how does she know what she's talking about?
Senator Clinton addressing yet another group situated on a lower ring in Hell.
hildebeast is a lying whore for satan!
LLS
Maybe, but it will take a long time of Dimocrap decline for anyone to put Slick Willy to shame.
So I guess she's for people in each state deciding abortion, too? /s
Actually, she wants activist judges to make the decisions for us dolts.
She should know....didn't she work to put Nixon in the grave?????
If we point to one thing that has lead to Bush's popularity, and the war's popularity to fall, it's allowing all of these charges to go unchallenged...
From Kennedy's lie after lie after lie, to his charges that Iraq was done for political purposes, to the YellowCake, on and on and on...
The fact that the GOP has been inept is DISGRACEFUL... It allowed these charges, cumulatively, to stick. IMHO, nothing is more responsible for the depletion in the GOP's support and the support of the war. It's been my sole major crisicism of President Bush over the years, and a HUGE critique of Cheney, Hastert, and Frist.
Notice the b!tch never takes on someone directly?
I'd love to see this bag taken down by someone in a REAL debate. Can you imagine her going toe to toe for a change instead of slingling little shots then ducking for cover.
She makes me gag.
What a hypocritical BI*CH. She makes me gag too! I can't wait for Guiliani to take her on.
It happened when she debated Rick Lazio. He won the debate so her minions in the press assaulted Lazio for walking up to clinton. They charged him with being a bully. Hillary was afraid.
She's too scared of Lazio, but tough enough to take on Bin Laden.
Hey Hillary, states or states courts?
How about not opposing in the Senate what MY legislature and MY governor do?
Lying sack o' crap....if it's a red state she will take every right you have away "for the common good"....but if it's a blue state, she "won't oppose" it.....what an asshead.
It is one of many liberal tactics targeted toward a specific group to get more votes.
I agree, it's infuriating. Nobody challenges her, she rants on and on, spins and lies, and then our side compliments her that she'll make a formidable presidential candidate.
There has to be someone out there with the guts to expose this fraud! Or are they just biding their time?
Delay was one of the few with the balls to take her on, but he's gone. I really miss having him in there
