TRENTON, Oct. 25 New Jerseys highest court ruled on Wednesday that gay couples are entitled to the same legal rights and financial benefits as heterosexual couples, but ordered the Legislature to decide whether their unions must be called marriage or could be known by another name.

Since when does a court "order" legislation like a fast food drive through?
Since the legislature lays down for it that's when. So far no state faced with a situation like that has told its court to stuff it.
The homo-friendly judges that were appointed by gay boy Jim carried the day for the fag agenda.
Where does little Tommy Jr. stand on this issue?
On this basis, you cannot discriminate against the deviance of ANY preference, then, meaning a NAMBLA proponent, a bestiality freak, etc. can use this logic to gain benefits for him and his sheep or goat, etc.
Where do we end the entitlements?
I think if they pulled that in Texas, the legislature wouldn't have to say or do anything and the gallows would be built in minutes...
By the time a guvner has nominated enough of these vermin and the legislature ratified them, the state is certified as being backbone-free anyhow.
And now on to people who want to live together just so they can get insurance benefits, etc.
Whatever !!! That's the word to describe the philosophy of our day --- WHATEVER !!!
I was thinking the same thing yesterday when I heard this on the news. If the law doesn't allow this for everyone (even those just living together) then the law would be discriminating against them.
When the health care system finally collapses, the leftists will introduce socialized medicine. The system will offer lavish support for people with AIDS but most people with other chronic, expensive diseases will be offered euthanasia as the only "treatment."
So now, any two (and eventually, "or more") individuals sharing living quarters can benefit from percs formerly provided to families? OK, then be sure that they are taxed with the "marriage penalty", just to make it fair.
