For me, it opens in Quicktime. I don't use the bloatware/adware/spyware Real Player.

O.K. I was missing some components in the Quicktime player. Got it to work once I did an update.

Better yet get QuickTime Alternative and you don't even get the annoying update reminders. Better yet it is free.
