One of the big problems we have in Iraq is that it takes time, perhaps lots of time, to train Iraqi soldiers. They just are not equivalent to our soldiers,skill wise.
There is no way in 13 weeks they will come out of basic training and be lean, mean fighting machines, it's gonna take time whether the DBM likes it or not.
