Good points.
Woman Number Three?
That article is extremely insulting to the residents of Tennessee.
According to the local paper, he is now saying he did attend the party.
The only racism I see is from the people calling it racist to suggest that people of different races couldn't date each other.
But the definition of racism when it comes to liberals is any criticism of a liberal is "racist."
And the ad gets run even more in news reports - free media.
When all else fails, pull the race card. I saw nothing racist in the ad. Corker succumbed and asked the RNC to pull it.
It is difficult to choose a favorite - the actors do an excellent job in advocating their support for Ford over terrible conditions "Terrorists need their privacy!" "When I die Harold Ford will let me pay taxes again" (with his wife nodding in approval) "I'd love to pay higher marriage taxes" "Canada can take care of North Korea - they're not busy."
I dont why whats racist about the ad and why Corker is making a fuss about it.
It shows Corkers moderate roots, Ford is such a piss poor candidate it should have been easy to beat him.
If the race is close, it is only because of Corker, thankfully the RNC guys have ignored it and ran the ad.
It was three against one - with the host and the Liberals crying "RACISM!"
Smerconish said the ad was funny, and spoke of this on his radio show. DNC plants called into the show this morning and tried to say that the ad was racist because the blonde woman at the end of the ad is white. Another caller chimed in that Ford looks whiter than some whites.
Moreover, I heard Ford speak on C-SPAN. This guy could play the part of King Lear in Shakespear if he wanted to. He used articulate and proper English.
Since his handlers and the DNC have gathered that the ad depicting him as a Playboy hits too close to home and must be thwarted with the "RACISM!" cry, Ford has started to speak like this:
"I ain't gots to ax no shortie if she down wit dat!"
Good question.
Quick, when I say "Playboy Playmate" what comes to mind?
9 times out of 10, the gal you were thinking of bears some resemblance to Pam Anderson or Anna Nicole Smith - blonde and a big chest.
Ford is slipping in the polls, so he has to get "victim status".
I thought the ad was very funny.
What a crock it's racism because a white girl appears in an ad. Anybody see MTV lately, hip hop, Madonna, movies, TV? Is that racism because it depicts inter-racial relationships? Pubbies should not pull this ad, but should stand by it.
