If Sheehan wants to use a lawsuit as a shield against these ladies' book, they should just release the proof now to preempt further use of such threats.

Interrogatories, depositions and production of documents/records during discovery will produce a wealth of new information about the plaintiff. I wonder if Valerie Plame and Cindy Sheehan actually realize that being a plaintiff is a two edged sword.
