did you sleep well? I went to dinner & couple movies with friend (couple as it is a second run theater that is a long distance.. when I go there we always do more than one).. got home late & just did a few posts.

Sometimes when there is a sleep lack the past several days, the sleep that finally comes is so good/sweet.

Do you ever do baths with the relaxing herbs? I grow lavender.. you can put in a few plants & where you live prolly have them all year. I cut a few springs & crush them in bath(yes the herbs are floating around with me!)... that is truly a relaxing & soothing herb.

I have found some bubble baths are the "energizing" types.. have ingredients that are the wake up/get alert type.
