I think you are right. The British have proven their basic valor many times over from WWI back to the really brutal Scottish/English wars.

The only problem I see is before long they will be in a minority in their own country.

There are 1.6 million Muslims out of a population of 60 million in the UK - if the 58 million or so Britons decide to rise up, that tiny minority will mean nothing.

Hardly a minority, under 3% of the population of Britain is muslim and here in Scotland that percentage is even less.
