Seems that we are only concerned with freeing those people who have oil. No freedom for Tibet, No freedom for any of the Africans in countries where they are killed by the thousands. The hypocrisy is glaring.

We did not invade Iraq to free the Iraqi people. We invaded Iraq to eliminate a perceived threat. A serious threat. The onus of proving Iraq was not a threat, lay with Saddam. Saddam did not live up to it, so Saddam is gone. The freedom of the Iraqi people is a happy byproduct of that effort.
