Chuck Norris' debut as a WND columnist. He's a funny and touching guy. And note his Christian line of thought, rare in prominent people today. If that's a preview of what we're going to see from him in future columns, I call that storming the gates! Great to see you back in the public eye, Chuck!

When Chuck Norris meets Jack Bauer - Jack Bauer blinks before getting kick-boxed into oblivion.

Behind Chuck Norris' beard isn't a chin, it's another fist.

That was a story about Norris' new column. The poster forgot to post it here!

This thread posted by goldstategop is better than the other one because it gets right to Chuck's column and focuses less on the jokes. I think Chuck Norris has a lot of valuable insight to impart, and I am looking forward to a lot more from him.
This first one is excellent. Thanks for posting it.

I've followed his career for years and every role he's played has been positive. There aren't too many actors like Chuck out there with the kind of views he holds. I don't think he'll run for the U.S Senate from Texas or for President because he'd have to make too many compromises. What he writes is what you get. A candid Christian with a social conservative bent.

My young son and I still watch Walker every chance we get. Lately it's been on the Hallmark channel (cable). My older son was trained (casually, for a couple of years) in martial arts by a man named George Graham who himself (rumor had it) once trained with Chuck Norris.
I don't know where Kevin Bacon fits into that, but there you go!

TBN shows commercials throughout the day with Norris and his wife, promoting the Bible in school. But prior to seeing those announcements, I did not know that he was a Christian.

He has been one for several years. He writes in the column about his wife making him a believer. That caught my eye. Few men are willing to credit the women in their lives for changing it. They should honor them more and there would be happier marriages and fewer divorces as well.

I got our son, now an adult, Chuck Norris' autobiography "Against All Odds" www.christianbook.com/Christian/Books/product?item_no=444210&netp_id=441806&event=ESRCN&item_code=WWfor Christmas last year. I read it before I wrapped it, and it is quite good. Chuck Norris was one of his heroes when he was growing up.

I had no idea that Chuck Norris was a conservative!
Too bad Clint Eastwood is no longer one (and his movies have suffered for it, jmho).
