Catholics for a free choice (I call them Hellbound for short), took Catholic Answers to court over the Catholic Voters Guide re: status; Yet they're more than happy to push this common good crap... the bishops can ignore me only so long.

Not only do the dems do churches... they love to turn funerals into the Democratic National Convention. They're worse than the Phelps group... that's saying something.

Becuase of his murky unexplained past and the muslim issue he has NO chance of ever winning the White House. Thank God. Other factors like age, inexperiance, and name will also be factors. His race as a factor is dead last on the list and of little importance to voters these days for any candidate.

I'm with you, sister. Broken glass won't keep me from the polls this year. I'm sick of being lied to by slimey politicians.

I just watched Nancy Pelosi on 60 Minutes..and Lesley Stahl asked her about investigating and impeaching Bush if they win..

She PLEDGED not to impeach Bush...she said it would be a "waste of time"...and the dems would be so busy impeaching him..that they wouldn't be able to make the changes she wants...and get the DEM "message" through America.

Also...Stahl said that she said that when the get power in Wash...the Dems will bring "a new civility" to Wash...

Stahl then played a bunch of sound bites of Pelosi calling Bush and Republicans, liars, incompentents, the most corrupt government in history..

She asked Pelosi if that is what kind of "civility" she was going to have in Wash...Pelosi said, "in those clips I was going EASY on them...if I was less civil, I would be saying MUCH worse things about them"!!!!

But, through the whole interview, 60 Minutes made a BIG point about the fact that if they win the House..and Pelosi is the Speaker of the House...that she would be the most "powerful woman in American History"...

YIKES...how do we think Hillary likes THAT designation going to that idiot woman Pelosi?

(Personally, it makes me ill to the point of wanting to hurl)

You got the following sooooooo right in response to Chris Matthews calling Obama a rockstar like Tiger Woods and Oprah!!
________________________________

"Tsk, tsk. Liberals will never learn.

People don't love Tiger because he's black. They love him because he has 54 (!) PGA wins, taking enormous risks when necessary. He's on track to being the greatest golfer of all time. He's earned every adulation through hard work, personal achievement and incredible talent. He is also a polished gentleman...who never plays the race card.

People don't love Oprah because she's black. They love her because she's one of the most successful business persons EVER...a polished gentlewoman who never "gets in the face" of her guests. She turned a successful TV program into a media empire. And she doesn't play the race card.

Now, what has Obama done? Well...he's black! He got elected to the Senate, running against the disgraceful secret divorce records of a weak Republican opponent. He took no controversial positions and has introduced no meaningful legislation. He's played it safe, aligning himself whenever possible with fence-straddlers like McCain on feel-good themes like campaign finance reform. He's a chimera created on the PC altar of the MSM, just the latest example of the MSM falling all over themselves because a black man is "articulate" or "good looking" (how racist is that?!).

The folks will see through it in a heartbeat."

If he does, he needs to get John Edwards to channel Vince Foster for him.

OK, I absolutely love the picture of the Godfather and the Black Knight, but where did you find that picture of Nancy Pelosi?

You're right. Did you see Harman replaced the staffer fired for leaking the NIE with Kendall... as in the Clinton's own?

The Sunday Morning Talk Shows - The Review

Who will help nancy measure for drapes?

By Mark Kilmer

Sunday, October 22, 2006

On TW, the "Tet offensive" remark was not drawing a parallel. It was insignificant. The real headline should have been that he came close to calling Moqtada al Sadr an al Qaeda tool. Or that he pointed out that John Kerry waved the 'white flag of surrender' on Iraq by campaigning for a date certain for withdrawal from Iraq whether or not we had achieved our goals.

Steph had to allow JF Kerry a chance to spread his manure in rebuttal, and he mischaracterized the President as saying that Kerry was waving the white flag by demanding a timetable. Kerry pulled out his dudgeon face, which is as awkward as any other, and called it "reprehensible" and called it "a lie."

On MTP, Barack Obama continued is book tour and Tim Russert called him the new generation of Camelot who will lead us from the tired arguments of yesterday.

On FNS, there was Warner, Lugar, Biden, and Levin. The discussion was interesting, but Biden had thought of everything years ago and Levin could only complain. The only thing which struck me as "new" was Dick Lugar's suggestion that we bring Iran into talks about Iraq.

On FTN, Schumer and Dole again agreed to have dinner. Dole said that President Bush was not on the ballot, and Schumer said that "people want change."

On LE, Arlen Specter was happy with the New York Times story, since refuted by the White House, that the President was considering an Iraqi timetable. He said that this was what James Baker was suggesting, though Baker has said explicitly that it is not. Jack Reed, on the other hand, explicitly agreed with Carl Levin.

The Stone Age Press still thinks the polls today are as accurate as they were 5-10 yrs ago. With caller ID etc. their samples are a joke as are the results.

With local elections decided by 50-100 votes do they really think they can predict w/any accuacy?

Pray for W and Our Freedom Fighters
