Huh? The immediate vicinity around Ground Zero isn't swampland. It was (and still is) surrounded by very tall office and some apartment buildings. Even today without the towers, the area is more crowded during the day than the downtowns of most major American cities. It's hardly the type of place where tons of body parts were disposed of.
