My first thought to hearing this was that the Chicoms put a gun to his head and told him what to say.

It appears to me that Bush's "get tough" policy is working.
Someone let me know when Clinnochio or Jimmah recognizes that Bush's "failed North Korea policies" are actually working.

"Rice has reassured Seoul that the U.S. will defend the country if the North attacks. She brought a similar message to Japan, her first stop on a four-day trip devoted mostly to talks on the nuclear crisis."Maybe a case of Rice saying to Japan and South Korea, to relief of China, "No need for your own nukes". China talks to NK. QUID PRO QUO?
Rice and Chinese envoy Tang Jiaxuan meet in Beijing for a beer, hoist bottles to celebrate deal?
To: psychopuppy

fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me...
to qoute saddam's sons
Bush is not Clinton....

I don't believe a word of what Kim Jong Idiot has to say. The only thing this freak needs is a .50-cal round to the head. As for his "nuclear" test, it was pretty much a fizzle and he used most of his plutonium to do it.
