Actually I'm intolerant, but to the point of getting sick. But, on the good side, no ice cream and no cheese means I've been able to avoid becoming a 400 lb. short person! LOL! And I probably would have! :-)
Yes both are fairly fattening though a small amount of ice cream is not too bad - sorry that you can no longer eat it.
