Looks like Sherrod Brown has a little tax problem that's come to light. Here's a press release from the DeWine camp that just hit my inbox: "Sherrod Brown admitted the State of Ohio had to take legal action to force him to pay his taxes. As state officials confirmed, Sherrod Brown did not pay the unemployment taxes that every other employer in Ohio is required to pay. Sherrod Brown first said that he did not pay them for 12 years; he is now saying that he made a mistake and that he did finally pay them but only after the State of Ohio took legal action against him.
"The facts are clear: Sherrod Brown didn't pay his taxes. In fact, he didn't pay his taxes for so long that the State of Ohio was forced to take legal action against him to get him to pay what he owed.
"And now the best Sherrod Brown can say is that it was nearly two years that he cheated unemployed Ohio workers out of the money that was due to them.
"C'mon, Sherrod. How many Ohio workers get to pay their tax bill two years late?
"Worse still, he's got the nerve to try to blame the DeWine campaign for his own financial mismanagement. Tuesday his campaign said Sherrod paid his tax bill in 2005. Today, they say, no wait, he only waited until after the state took legal action against him to pay his late tax obligation. Oh, and he says that he must have forgotten to get the lien released that the State had been forced to file against him.
"Do we really need a U.S. Senator who can't even manage his own financial affairs? Can we trust someone who waits for the government to take legal action before he pays his taxes?"
No plans. No policies. No positions. No future.
No wonder they can't get people out.
What won't matter? That we have megabucks and the democrats are having to borrow money?
It is like 1992, notjhing the GOP can do is right, nothing the DEMS do is wrong...of course it will all matter after the election, just like it did in 1993-94.
I am not understanding your post at all.
Hey LS! Thank you for the information!
I am hearing the same from ohioWfan!
DeWine isn't a prize, but Sherrod Brown is a Marxist democrat who must be defeated!
I sure hope Blackwell wins.
Just casually looking at your posts since you've gotten here, I'd say you're doing your part to poison the environment.
And now "We the People" know too.
I'll give you the address of the nearest VICTORY CENTER to you and you can call to volunteer to help us WIN.
Just FYI.....
I'll get you the contact info if you'd like it.
"DeWine isn't a prize." Understatement of the year, close to "Hillary's thighs are slightly large."
LOOK AGAIN at what she wrote to you:

All I can do right now is vote. I had to retire from my old job because of physical problems. I now work 3 part time jobs, including being on 24 hour emergency call for one, and I have no time to call my own right now.
I was just trying to help you out of your malaise, Bogus.
Sorry I interfered. Sit home. Be sad. And more power to you as you do nothing to help the state of Ohio escape leftist control....
There are plenty of real facts that you are ignoring..........not to mention a modicum of optimism.
GOOD!!
Yeah. yeah, you're right. What county. Summit. And judging by the neighborhood around me, I'm pessimistic.
Oh, good, thanks for telling me!
When I first read that comment, my first reaction was, "Someone has small children." Now that I have thought it over, your comment describes the dem party to a "t".
Just reading some of the comments on DU remind me of that Winnie the Pooh, Disney character.
I have SERIOUS problems with Alan Colmes!
I had to go into the kitchen to watch it --- my husband cannot tolerate Alan Homely.
