Our family flew the very next week after 9/11. As my daughter said.......Mom, I'm not letting them keep my from my family.

We have flown, gone to major league baseball games, football games, museums, and other place in NYC that might be considered 'targets'.

My husband actually works in one of the target buildings mentioned in last week's news from europe.

He goes to work every day!

I work in the Seattle Municipal Tower, right across the street from the Columbia Center and six blocks north of Quest Field (Seahawks). The Columbia Center was one of the original targets for 9/11, but was "bumped" because of lack of manpower. When that plane flew into the building in New York last week, Seattle was one of the cities where the military scrambled jets. So the authorities must think that Seattle is still a target.

The CC is totally exposed to the south, the Space Needle is totally exposed from every direction, and the ferry system on Puget Sound would make a spectacular target for terrorists. All they'd need to do would be to drive a van on board, laden with explosives, blow it up half way to Bremerton, and there'd be an inferno on the vehicle deck with spectacular footage for the evening news.
