She joined the 9th Circus?She is back on a fed appeals court somewhere. I thought it was in the East, but it may be the 9th Circus. I was so disheartened that I didn't pay attention.

She is back on a fed appeals court somewhere. I thought it was in the East, but it may be the 9th Circus.What??? Really? Didn't she retire from the SCOTUS so she could spend more time with her ailing husband? Or is my memory incorrect? I hope she didn't replace the one conservative justice on that court.
