I see SCOTUS retirements after November elections, no matter who wins. Just another reason for 'stay at home conservatives' to get a reality check and vote. Remember that that SCOTUS liberals voted that the government can TAKE YOUR PROPERTY from you and give them to developers. Want more of that?

That eminent domain ruling was one of the worst in the history of our country. Pure legalized theft, and an assault on one of the most critical pillars of any free society--security of property ownership. No country can prosper without it.

I believe it's vital to get at least one more truly conservative justice on the SCOTUS so that ruling can be overturned.
