This Rush talk today reminds me of the day he said "This is a crack down, not a crack up." It was relating to the Meirs debate at the time.
It was also one of the two times in the past few years that I disagreed with Rush. It was a sign that things were going to crack up, as I saw it then. Rush did not see it. he was wrong.(seldom happens though)
But I'm glad he is addressing it now.
This is a crack down, and when the rubber meets the road, I think those Republican voters who p**s and moan about how they won't vote, will suck it up and vote rather then sit and have a little temper tantrum and hand elections to liberal Demcorats. I don't believe they'll just hand Congress to the liberals. There is too much at stake in time of war, and we can't do that to our military. The military deserves better then a Democrat Congress in a time of war. The miltiary doesn't want to retreat from the war, and the Congress would force that to happen.
