Then go ahead and insult me because I am in no mood to vote Democrat Lite. If there is a third party candidate, I will vote for them. If there is not, then I will carefully consider what I know about the "conservative" candidate and then decide of I want to vote for them or take a pass on that race.

The Republican Party has been influenced by pressure from the conservative base on judges, immigration, tax cuts, partial birth abortion, etc., and yet you're going to hold your breath and not vote like a baby merely because not everything is 100% to your satisfaction. Do you think you will have ANY influence on Speaker Pelosi or Senator Hilary? What about national security? Do you think that the Democrats will be more pro-family values? And if you are a believer in Lenin's dictum about "the worse the better", what if it doesn't pan out that way and no backlash does emerge against a majority Democratic Party? Where will you be then?
Not to mention the Democrats in Republican clothing. I rarely vote Democrat, but admit that I did for state school superintendent last go round. The one who won is a Republican, but he changed his party from Democrat. His Democrat opponent was more in favor of school choice and parental responsibility.
