According to the source, AP has reported this latest news. Has anyone in the MSM picked it up yet?

No, it was just reported two hours ago. AP buried the lead, and only mentioned the two extra land deals as an aside.

Brit had an expanded report on tonight. Mentioned the Christmas gifts being bought out of Campaign Funds, in violation of FEC rules. This thing will fester and burst, but it is slow to come to the dbm, just like with rathergate.
