Well Tom's views are nearly identical to mine, but like Fleischman I'm urging a NO vote on 1E

Dan, Have you been peeking at my absentee ballot again? My position is the same as yours... I agree with Tom McC's recommendation except for 1E.

Cheers!
Mark

I really hope Tom McClintock wins the lieutenant governorship. That would make me happy.

Thanks for posting. Glad to see our next Lt. Gov. get out in front of the issues. Off topic, any sites you can recommend regarding judicial confirmation? We have got a long list on the ballot and I am not finding good resources to evaluate their performance.

Roger Hedgecock's Proposition Picks are identical to Tom McClintock!!! I've just don't know what's with 1E that made them supported? If the knuckle-head caucus care so much about the safety of the people in California, they should allocate from the general fund!!!

Usually, my first rule for propositions is: Why am I being asked to decide this? Isn't this why I send people to Sacramento?

My second rule for propositions is: Are they asking me for money?

That's why I will vote NO on all the 1x propositions. As much as I like the idea of gas taxes being dedicated to roads, why do I have to decide this? Can't the paid, elected representatives figure this out amongst themselves?
