Screw you trolls, I'm voting and I'm Voting all R's!

I don't know about you, but I have had it up to and including my A$$ with all the whining that is going on around here about what the Republicans have or have not done to deserve your vote this November.. I know for sure that if we had the Democrats in power the past 10 years it would be a hell of a lot worse, with or without President Bush.. I'm not entirely happy about many things that are happening, (fill in the blank, with garbage on the other threads), but I am thrilled that I am not paying as much in taxes as I would have with (fill in the blank with any jackass in the Democrat leadership).. And I am grateful as all get out, that we are not ducking terrorist bombs in my neighborhood, or anywhere else in these United States..

I think I can say without any reservations that Roberts and Alito are a whole lot better than anyone that Leaky Leahy or Turban Durbin would have approved.. And what about our military? Would we still have one if congress wasn't in our control?

Give me a friggin break, I haven't found one single person that makes all of my dreams come true, (even Nicole Kidman, I think) why should I expect more than a half dozen out of 435 Congressgritters to even agree with me on most of what I want done in our country.. Hell, I don't even get that in my own home with blood of my blood that even look like me!

So if it's all the same with you.. and YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, I'm going to wake up on November 7th and make a great big special breakfast, with all the trimmin's and invite all of my kids and as many neighbors as I think I can bribe with food and feed them until they say Uncle Sam and drive their fat a$$es to the polls and get them to pull the lever for everyone with an R after their name to insure that I can sleep peacefully that night and hopefully ever night thereafter..

That's my plan, don't be a damned fool and mess up my vote with some stupid idea that will cancel mine out, just to prove that you can be as dumb as you sound!

I will wake up election morning, drag my sorry self to another day at work in the salt mines.
When I get out of work at 5:00, I will drive to my polling place (an elementary school around the corner from my house).
Since this is the Detroit area I will fight my way through the crowd of unionists and fringe democrats who will try to shove campaign literature at me while I tell them "You're wasting your time - I'm voting Republican." I will then block my ears to all the screams and cries of "They'll starve the children and elderly and pollute the air and give all our tax money to the rich".
I will then enter the gymnasium and stand in line for an hour and listen to my neighbors trash George Bush and blame every little ill in the world on the Republicans.
I will get my ballot, mark it, feed it into the scanner and rack up the only Republican vote that my precinct will see.

That clam sauce sounds fantastic. Wonder if the hubby will eat it? Only one way to find out!!

PS: Both of us are definitely voting (R) this year, via mail-in ballot. Much easier and less time consuming, it also gives you a minute to look over everything and make sure it's done right!!

Why on earth would you expect it to 'go right' when the dims would be in charge? RIGHT is not on their agenda!

Thanks for the great commentary and also for the recipes! My son and I are batching it for almost three weeks. I made a big batch of New England Boiled Dinner Sunday, but I am going to try the White Clam Sauce Wednesday evening!

Here's an authentic 11/7/06 lunch recipe for the dems, their trolls and the media :

Summer Crow Kabobs

Ingredients
16 pieces of crow breast meat (no bones) (8 crows)
16 pieces of green pepper
16 cherry tomatoes
8 button mushrooms
8 ears of sweet corn
1 1/2 cups of Teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup melted butter
8 kabob skewers

Preparation

Cut each piece of crow in half and place in a covered bowl with the Teriyaki sauce over night. Clean and cut each ear of corn into 3 pieces. Cook in boiling salt water for 10 minutes. Alternately put corn (3 pieces), green peppers (3 pieces) and cherry tomatoes (3) along with 4 pieces of crow meat on each skewer. Use 1 mushroom to top each skewer. Brush with melted butter and place on preheated grill for about 4 minutes. Flip, butter again and place back on grill for another 4 minutes. Repeat one last time for a total of 12 minutes or until they appear done. Serves four adults.

You are absolutely right carlo. These morons who want to teach the Republicans a lesson are all wrong.

They are the same group as Perot's volunteers, and a bigger group of idiots has never been assembled. They sure taught everyone a lesson who is not brain dead. 8 years the country suffered under clinton because of them and hillary would never have had presidential ideas without that same 8 years so now we have her to contend with.

I suspected Perot was a closet clinton supporter and that is exactly what he turned out to be. Hey VOLUNTEERS, you were DUPED, Perot never wanted to be president he was on clintons team and YOU were stupid enough to fall for his lies.

In case you hadn't noticed I am STILL mad about that. My *former* (yea!) brother in law who considered himself the smartest person in the room (any room) fell for Perots bullsh*t and that is only ONE of the reasons I detest him.

Nice rant er brain fart there dude... I am voting straight R's as well but I do have issues with the republicans on immigration and spending.

I just don't hurl insults but discuss issues objectively and don't rant like a 5 year old and act like a liberal as yourself.

you need to grow up

Sound answers come from good questions. Do you expect 'good' questions from dims? I don't object to legitimate investigations. I just don't expect them from dims is they are going after pubbies.

What investigations are the dims doing of dims - like William Jefferson, dim, LA?

I am so "broken glass" that I heard of the death of someone on the news and my first thought was "that's one less vote for the liberals". Of course, she may still vote, that's dems for ya.
